Copper Canyon Grill - Boca

We went the other night to Copper Canyon Grill in Boca, and may I say had a wonderful dinner. Walking up to the place there is a Large Coal Fire Burning, first thought, was, that won't be on during the summer months....

We were greeted by a friendly hostess who had us at our seats with no wait. (We were early, had to get the little one fed). Seconds after seating we were greeted by a server who informed us, that we will not have just one server. Everyone n a white copper canyon shirt was our server, that if we needed anything we could stop any one of them. I can tell you that system worked wonderfully. We never had to ask for a refill, and we were attended to with out feeling like they were on top of us. We tried The Fiesta eggroll and the tortilla soup both came out and delicious.

For entrees there was the Spicy Tuna Salad(able to substitute for another sushi roll if you like. The Silver Spur Rotisserie Chicken Salad, was a very good salad. The chicken was moist and flavorful, the greens Fresh and crisp. We also had the Ranch-House BBQ ribs, which were a St Louis cut, and fall of the bone tender. BBQ was a little sweet for my taste, but tasty none the less. The ribs were so soft, the bones were actually falling apart.

Dessert, we split the Key lime pie. Nice crust, tangy custard, one of the better ones I have tasted,
