Galway Bay on Maryland Ave is handy to the Yard. Easy walk to either the Academy or the Stadium They are good for lunch or dinner... Irish Pub style place with remarkably good crab cakes. Wild Orchid on Bay Ridge Ave on the Eastport side of Spa Creek Bridge is a very nice spot too.

For lunch I liked grabbing a sandwich at Sammy's downtown it used to be in the Market House, but is now on the behind the Hardware store on the way towards the main entrance for the academy, with the Big Cheese. I also like Punk's Backyard Grill out at the mall if you are out that way. Simple, but good food.
For dinner I don't know what you consider reasonable... I really like Rockfish. Thursday night is normally McGarvey's mussel special night.

In addition to Sammy's, if you're spending time around Main St., I really like the new Atwater's in the Market House. Really great sandwiches, soup and pastries. And I also like Punk's if you're looking for something farily quick and easy and you're over by the mall. Good for a sit down dinner is another, much more difficult question.

I hear that Joss is a really fantastic place for sushi, and not just "for Annapolis." Make reservations.
Also check out Chick & Ruth's Delly. It's an instutition. The food is alright, but it's a unique place with a fun vibe. Their milkshakes are bigger than your abdomen.
Have fun!
