The place is pretty much turn key and imo would need just a few cosmetic changes so I'd think they;ll be running soon. 3 years ago, it was just Laurel. I'm glad to see the fast changes happening. Banker's Hill Market is just icing at this point IMO. I'm surprised there hasn't been too much over lap up to now of cuisines. It will be interesting to see if this move hurts Ave 5. He was maintaining a low profile until an overzealous fanboy bouncer started telling girls he was there. I am not even sure the girls knew who tony hawk was.
