what's best at Lares?

I think Lares has deteriorated rather severly since re-opening after a fire a few years ago.

Or, perhaps, I have (happily) learned more about Mexican food prepared the right way (thank you Chente, Alban, and our great Mexi-hounds) that I find Lares mediocrity objectionable. Well, it becomes less objectionable after the second outstanding margarita!

My standard order there is the chile verde pork with a mango margarita.
The guacamole while exorbitantly priced is very good too.

Sounds silly but I like their quesadilla, white cheese and green chiles and guac.
