Smoked Meat - Brossard/Longeuiel(sp?)/Boucherville area
Coming up from VT tomorrow to go to IKEA in Boucherville and would like to stop to get smoked meat for lunch. Any suggestions in the Brossard/Boucherville area?

Well, if you're coming in from Vermont, I'd suggest making the extra trip across the bridge into montreal for smoked meat. there shouldn't be much traffic on sunday, and i can't with good conscience suggest restaurants on the south shore.....shouldn't take more than 25 minutes to get to schwartz

Traffic has been pretty bad on weekend as of lately to get in/out of Montreal to the south shore due mainly to closure of bonaventure expressway.
As for smoked meat on the south shore, Chenoy's on Taschereau is not bad, same would apply to barbies in brossard, but then i haven't been to any of those placesin years
