Chilate in CT/Westchester?
There was a place on the Upper West Side I used to go to called Noche Mexicana, and they serve a spicy, flavorful bowl of beef soup called chilate there. I have a craving for it today and I don't want to go into the city to get it. Is there any place in Fairfield CT or Port Chester, etc where i can find it?
