German deli/B+B enfield caanan Nh area

I looking for the name of a B+B in the Enfield/Caanan NH area. They also had a german deli where they made their own sausages, etc. If I remember "Rudi" was somewhere in the name. I don't even know if they are in business anymore. I was there last at least 15 years ago. Had the best spreadable liverwurst ever, Thanks.
