what to do with washigyu tri tip kalbi

I bought it on a whim from an Asian market. It's sliced into thin strips. When I look up Tri Tip on the web I keep coming up with whole pieces of beef. I'm guessing this is a cut I can just stir fry and that it doesn't require long braising. Thanks.

Kalbi is usually grilled on direct heat quickly. Tri tip is a roast, that's why you get those pictures. They have cut the meat from the tri tip instead of the usual short rib. Stir frying will work also, but they are delicious grilled if you can do it. Don't need to braise. Enjoy it!
