Rolla MO - Asian markets/ ingredient sourcing

I know of resources in STL, but with an upcoming extended stay in that part of the world, I was wondering if there is anything closer.

Of course a regular grocery store would have rice and soy, but I'm thinking of things like fish sauce, chili garlic paste, rice stick etc.

Not sure if there are any asian markets in Rolla as I haven't been in a couple of years since my dad died (I think there used to be one on Hwy 63 near the Campus/Kingshwy area), but there are over by Fort Wood which is about 20-30 miles west just off of I-44.

With such a good engineering/science/technology school, with an international reputation, I would expect an higher than expected number of Asian international students. Quick search on the UMR website turned up a Chinese Students & Scholars Association (CSSA), Chinese Students Association (CSA), India Association, International Students Club, Korean Students Association, Saudi Students Association,
Thai Students Association, and Turkish Students Association, among others. I think I'd start there.
