"Add new topic" acting up

When I click "Add new topic," nothing appears to happen, and after a minute or two I get an error page.

But the topic eventually shows up a few minutes later.

    1. Just happened again with this new topic. The error page is "There's been a slight problem... Sorry, something's not working with this page. The CHOW team has been notified and will check it out."

        1. I'm not able to duplicate this. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
