Good Prix Fixe meals on Holloween nigh
Hi All, I'm taking my GF out to celebrate our 1 year anniversary which also happens to be 10/31. Since Holloween is on Saturday this year, I'm wondering where can I get a good meal for under $200 all included for 2 of us, the cheaper the better. We don't drink. Locatiions don't matter. Tasting menu and Prix fixe are preferred, but don't know the availability of them on that particular day. Atmosphere is not too big a issue for us, compare to the quality of food. Cuisines we are trying to avoid include: Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, basically anything that's too asian. Everything else is okay. After browsing chowhound a bit, I'm thinking about Po or Convivio... But Po's website is down, so no menu to look up. How are these 2? Are there better ones to be had for cheaper? If anyone can chip in on this, I would be really thankful.
