Where does one find a $2.50 plate of migas from a local restaurant? I think migas run about $5 - $6 these days.
I think Tyson is allowed to be a food snob. His food is on a whole different level for Austin. I'm perfectly happy having a Thundercloud sandwich or sushi at Uchi. It just depends on my mood, the occasion and the balance in my bank account.

Actually, the article said that a migas taco is 2.50, which is about right. On the other hand, they said Austin's weather includes hurricanes...
