I wonder about this too. I generally tend to avoid restaurants that advertise on bus shelters.

re: panko
Lisbon by Night you get a dimly lit room and Portuguese bourgeois decor.
The cooking is Portuguese plain. The bit of cilantro in chopped tomato- cucumber salad (with lots of basalmic) was a treasure, but at least the food didn't suffer from too much salt. The were perhaps eight successive offerings of grilled fish, some better than others. The standard cooking style is bit overcooked.Indifferent bread basket (quite crummy really) but a nice yellow olive oil with it.
Dessert and coffee extra, but grilled pineapple might be included if they have it. Standard simple Portuguese desserts.
If you like this style of cooking you will consider the place to be excellent and a tremendous value and will want to come back within the week. I have had a fair bit of good Lebanese and Morrocan cooking lately and and see lost opportunity in the kitchen. I would return, but it would be a while.
