      For better or worse, that only scrapes the surface. In addition to www.pinkpignyc.com, which I read for obvious reasons, I regard www.eatingintranslation.com as essential.

        "A Hamburger Today" (part of the "Serious Eats" family). Though they will go anywhere to report on all things burgericious, they are definitely NY/NJ centric.
