        <content>I know the local season is short (I had just bought my cherry pitter when they vanished from Giant for the year) - but does anyone in Northern Virginia carry fresh cherries now, perhaps flown in?</content>

      <content>Yes, we're pretty well past the season to get U.S.-grown cherries, I haven't seen them in a long time, not even flown in from overseas somewhere. You might have to wait a few months. </content>
