Le or The P'tit Paris

Does anyone know anything about this place that's opening in the former Da Vinzenso (sp?) space in Windsor Terrace. The sign is up (P'tit is their spelling) and I could see work going on. I'm wondering if it's going to be a coffee and pastry place or a restaurant.

Thanks for posting about the opening. The menu does look reasonable. Ever since "Julie & Julia" I've been craving Boeuf Bourguignon and I see on their menu that they offer it as a weekend special. If it's good, I'll be one happy neighbor.

I looked in there today, they were busily working. Its definitely going to be a restaurant because I saw a bar (with wine glasses behind it) and there's a permit notice for a liquor license application in the window. I would love a great (or even good) french bistro in the neighborhood! I too thought the spelling was odd but looking up Le P'tit xxx it seems to be not uncommon--perhaps a French slang?

poked my head in and spoke to one of the workers who replied in a seemingly authentic french accent. definitely a french bistro and looking to open within the next few weeks. fingers crossed...

I saw some beer taps, so that's a good sign.
The spelling bugs me too. It's not like they didn't have enough room on the sign to fit "petit".
whatever, as long as it's worth going to, i'll be happy.
