Castellano and Pizzo's cracked green olive salad

Does anybody know the recipe for Castellano and Pizzo's (Tampa) cracked green olive salad? I'm addicted to it and can't get enough.......

The visable ingredients are the olives, garlic, purple onion, garlic, olive oil -- and then it's a guess from there for me.......
