Scariest Sandwich in London

Given that Halloween is fast approaching, I am looking for London's most scary sandwich for the October Sandwichist post (http://londonist.com/tags/sandwichist). If you've got any ideas of ghoulish, disgusting or scary sandwiches please point me in the right direction...

Equally they could, more simply feature pumpkin, toffee apples or other bonfire night goodies.
