Milk Bottle restaurant in Raynham

Does anyone know if the Milk Bottle restaurant in Raynham is still open? If so, is it a place to stop and eat, or should one just drive by?

    It was busy when I went by in May. I understand it's a nice breakfast and lunch place, nothing fancy.
