New Orleans Culinary Tours

This source was recommended in the travel section of our paper today along with tours in various US and foreign cities. What do chowhounds have to say about this (I have not been to New Orleans before) ? Is it worth the three hours as an introduction to the city or should I just chose from the many great recommendations on this board when I eat my way through the city next month for a couple of days?

I posted a brief review of the French Quarter Culinary History Tour on July 3. While a couple of members do not recommend it, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
