Lunch places in San Pedro?
Often these days I find myself driving from Silver Lake to Rancho Palos Verdes. I have to pass through San Pedro and I'm usually hungry. Slavko's is the only place I know. It's an interesting old Croatian deli with decent broasted chicken and jambalaya and pretty great potato nuggets. The family running the place is very very friendly.
Is there anywhere else to eat in San Pedro? There has got to be.

While you will have to go elsewhere to eat it a sandwich from the Busy Bee Market will do you right. And if you want fresh fish and a nicer environment then the 22nd Street Landing Restaurant (upstairs with a nice view of the little Marina and fishing boats) http://www.22ndstlandingrestaurant.com/ is a good choice.

Rex's Cafe is awesome for breakfast or lunch, they close at 2pm most days. Also, Prontos is amazing old school mexican. You cant go wrong at either of them.

Good clam chowder at Sorrento's, good sandwhiches, meatballs, and pizza.
Only had the Pizza at Pavichs, but really good reviews of other items on the board.
