I will be visiting from Indianapolis for a few days in NOV and am wanting simple, rustic meals that incorporate the whole beast. I missed out on PRUNE a few years back and have always wanted to try...if it's still good? Any recs appreciated. Thanks!

Haven't been to Prune in ages, but I'm sure it's discussed on the Manhattan board.
