This little country store is located in Freehold, NJ, minutes from the Freehold Mall. I go there often, but stopped yesterday for some goodies and a bottle of wine. They have a mix of items, produce, cider, a bakery, wing sauces, candy, etc. Picked up some apple cider donuts yesterday which are delicious. Also got a bottle of Tomasello Chambourcin (red wine) to go with our soup last night. Very good wine, about $12.00 a bottle, made right here in NJ. Plus, they have a lot of different wines, all of which you can try for free. A couple of nice wines on hand with spices, to sip while sitting beside a fireplace. Check them out. Shop local!
I think that their bakery items are every bit as good as Delicious Orchards, which everyone seems to rant and have about. The apple pies and cider donuts are great at both! YUM! Now I am hungry!
Unfortunately, I can't say that I am crazy about the Tomasello wines. Still haven't really found many Jersey or PA wines that I am fond of, but who knows, maybe they are out there!
