Not just something as obviously problematic as spamming boards (regardless of content), but if anything seems "off" about a post to you. We look into every post that is reported, and consider what action is appropriate to the situation. There is no way we can read all the posts on this very busy site, and it can even take a bit of time before we cycle through to Site Talk posts, so we really rely on posters' reports to help us out.
