I bought a prepared achiote paste in arizona last year, Help me find some here in bklyn, or queens.Thanks,

    Sorry I don't live in Brooklyn, but you should be able to find it in any supermarket in the latin section.

        Yucateco is a brand I've seen in various Latin markets. Goya doesn't make it.
        If you can't find the paste, www.spicehouse.com has a recipe for making the paste. They call it red achiote paste.
        Annato seed is widely available in Brooklyn bodegas, including my local one in Bushwick. What are you planning to do with it?

            Thanks I will try finding yucateco. I might have to ask a friend to bring some back from Az.

            I use it on chick, pork, eggs, or stews.
