Has anyone been to Chifa, in Philadelphia? We love Amada and can't wait to try the new Jose Garces restaurant. We usually get a chef's tasting, but is there anything we HAVE to try?
Really enjoyed the Peking Duck although the server seemed to want to talk me out of it as I'd have to wait twenty minutes.
As Craig LaBan had especially liked the dish, I was insistent and very pleased. Time went quickly as other small plates came out to our table first.

Also, when I was there they had an awesome dessert called "flexible chocolate". I haven't seen it on the menu since, but if they have it, get it. It's great. Personally I wouldn't bother with the ceviches, they're too expensive for what they are.
The chef's menu will not let you down...wear loose clothing....
