My grandson loves hotpockets (pizza flavor). I would like to be able to make some that can be frozen and eaten later. I've googled recipes but nothing really sounds very good. Does anyone have a recipe that is really special?
Thank you.
Bob

Well when you freeze them you'll probably want a convection oven to cook through them somewhat quickly. I would just do a puff pastry with pepperoni, mozz, tomato sauce and herbs/seasoning.

Another idea for searching, if you didn't think of it already - have you Googled "hand pies?" That might bring up more ideas . . . . and have you seen Jim Gaffigan's Hot Pockets routine? Quite possibly one of the funniest standup schticks I've seen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9c9lA...

A search for pasties might yield some more results. That's PAH-sties as in Cornish Pasties as opposed to a PAY-sties as in Gypsy Rose Lee! ;-)
