Had a great meal there at Time Warner Blgd. a while back. Anyone know where that chef is working now?
This may not help much, but following the closure of Cafe Gray and his withdrawal from Grayz, I think the only affiliation the chef, Gray Kunz, currently has is with a version of Cafe Gray in Hong Kong.
That's a shame -- and it's a great loss for NYC, I think. I loved Grayz while it lasted. It was one of the most charming, delicious places in midtown during its short lifespan.
