Jim Lahey baking bread on "Martha" show

The guy behind the NT Times piece on no-knead bread has just released a baking book of his own, "My Bread". He and Martha Stewart made a gorgeous, vivid-orange bread featuring carrot juice and dried fruit, with a deep brown, crisp crust. Lahey was a tad tongue-tied so I'm not sure he converted any yeast-phobes but that bread was sure impressive. He now has a larger facility, supplying the daily bread for over 250 NYC restaurants.
