I had low expectations for Indian in downtown but this place is on par with the joints in Parc-Ex; it completely blew me away when I saw an older lady bringing out pots full of curry from the kitchen and refilling the trays. That's why everything was so tasty and well balance... someone's auntie is cooking up a storm! It is cafeteria style and the servings are adequate (not hearty for big eaters) but you get to choose 3 curries with rice, naan and pappadum. As far as I'm concerned, it's not even in the same galaxy as Maharaja!
