Question about Sopes

My wife is originally from southern California and occasionally craves a chicken sope like she used to get at King Taco in LA. For a chicken sope, is anything in NY similar/comparable? Was going to try Taqueria Coatzingo's version next.

    Just know that Coatzingo, (my #1 fav in the city) is pueblan which is different than most LA mexican food, or so I am told.

      The verdict at Taqueria Coatzingo- good sopes but different as you predicted. I think the main difference is that I'm looking for a version with a bit more good cheese on it.
