Fun Restaurant in Anaheim or Fulerton Area

I am looking for a fun restaurant in the Fullerton/Anaheim area that can accomodate a party of 12. I was thinking of a brew pub but I'm open to any suggestions.

Lazy Dog Cafe (and JT Schmidt's) are both on Katella, LDC is near Main Street, JT S's is just east of the 57. I think the food is decent at both, the beer is good and both places could be called "fun" on a good night :-)

Roman Cucina on Harbor is fun. Service is over-eager, and the music is loud, but I like it with my brothers or a laid-back group. I also like Taps in Brea.

If your thinking brew pub. You might look at Heroes in fullerton. Although they don't brew there, they do have around 50 beers on tap. Fun environment, with above average bar food and huge portions. Splitting is the way to go.

I 2nd this as well.

A couple other brewpubs that might work are JT Schmid's off the 57 @ Katella (across from the Pond/Honda Center); there's also Taps in Brea off the 57 @ Imperial (@ Brea Blvd) and Yardhouse a couple blocks north of Taps.

Yardhouse would be more appropriate for the 20s-40s crowd; Taps crowd seems older at 40ish; and JTSchmids somewhere between the two.

Heroes is more "fun". I love their nachos (get the beans on the side).

I hear Chomps is also very "fun," but I only went once--many years ago.

Chomp is fun but the food is not very good.

I'm sorry, I've only been once and can't remember anything in particular to rec. You can either order off of the menu, help yourself to pintxos from the bar or, they also bring pintxos around to the tables.

Angelo's and Vinci is always kooky and fun. Plus, they have room(s) for private parties/events.

Hmmm. I was on the fence about A&V because, while the decor seemed interesting, I'm usually hesitant about restaurants that seem too gimmicky.
