Bistro 24 - Noe Valley? Anyone tried it?

Popular when Miss Millie's occupied the space, it has now become the restaurant graveyard of 24th Street. Has anyone tried it? Any stand-out dishes?

        I tried it once...Commendable that with the quality of the food I was served, they survived that long
