Heading to CP Steak for dinner in a few weeks. I thought I read about a "lighter menu" here on the board, and noticed it on their website when we booked the table a while ago. Those options seems to have disappeared. Has anyone been recently? Was I hallucinating?

Happy to report a terrific meal at CP Steak LV. Everybody enjoyed the drinks and food a lot. I was able to access their "Summer Lite" menu (with some advance notice) which helped with the fact that were eating quite late and I'd just flown in from the East Coast. I especially appreciated being in a quiet, classy room far away from any casino noise and visuals. Highly recommended.

Thanks, saw that on the website. I thought there used to be a "lighter menu" with a burger, skirt steak, etc. Disappointed if these choices have been removed...

They still have their lighter menu - they just made changes from the summer offerings to fall. I had trouble finding a link to the specific menu, but here is a Copy-and-Paste:
