i went on sunday evening. the food tents are more in the center of the intersection. the stalls on the west side of the park are just the usual "junk."

i would say fatty crab is the best stall. the beef tacos and sausage tacos were very good(some of the best i had in nyc). the "fatty dog" was a banh mi style sausage, ok, not great. they stall serve wine and beer which is cool. hill country was out of bbq beef so we tried the chili which was ok.

wafel and dinges was there along with a crepe, cupcake, scandanavian, ben & jerrys, and a bakery with apple cider(hot and cold) and fresh apples.

definately something to check out.

when i walked up Zac Pellacio himself was manning the grill talking to Jeffrey Steingarten. of course only a food nerd like myself would recognize them.

Tried fatty crab's hot dog ($8) on Sunday, it was pretty tasty, but too much bun. Wafels and Dinges is of course delicious and made a good desert.
Overall the offerings made me want to hold out for Shroom burger, but unfortunately the Shake line was looooong (no surprise there)
