Cajun Greek Galveston

I saw on b4ueat that the Cajun Greek on 61st has reopened with a limited menu. I'll be in Surfside next week, a Red Snapper Inn visit a must, but I can't rule out a long way home trip through Galveston. Has anyone been?

I haven't been back. I just saw it open a couple weeks ago. I had no idea it was coming back. There were no signs up. I need to make sure my friend knows, he use to go 2 or 3 times a week.

I drove by this summer and there was a day care there, go figure.

        James,

This is an old thread but a lot of people like Cajun Greek. I also read in some other threads that they have really good philly cheesesteaks. Take a look:

I wonder what a limited menu means? You have to report back after you eat there.

I wish I could, but it's not going to happen soon. I was going to stay at my cousin's beachouse this weekend, but I just came down with a raging fever, (the dreaded s-word flu?). On a happier note, I hit a favorite of yours, finally, Pierson's. I got a two meat al a carte, ribs and beef, just wonderful. I also liked the sauce, which some seemingly don't.

So sorry you're have the s-flu. Did you see that Robb Walsh also had that?

Well, since you make trip to Galveston more than we do I will patiently wait for your review.

Glad you were pleased with Pierson's. Did you try the beans? I really like the sauce, but I still get it on the side. I just dunk as needed.
