Where can I get Pumpkin Ravioli in the Metrowest/Worcester area? Frozen is fine.

Have you tried Trader Joe's? Whole Foods?

If you can't find anything in your neck of the woods and don't mind the drive, Venda Ravioli in Providence has the butternut squash variety (no taste difference, IMO)

I saw pumpkin ravioli at the WF in Newton yesterday. Russo's in Watertown often sells pumpkin and squash ravioli
