        <content>I know it might sounds like a weird request, but I used to work with a woman who has since retired and moved away who gave me this recipe about ten years ago. I really liked it at the time but I have since lost track of it... Internet searches have turned up nothing. 

It may have been a Russian or Eastern European in origins or perhaps from Newfoundland (?)

I remember the recipe going something like this... 

1 container of cottage cheese
1 c of flour
diced dried apricots
raisins or currants?
other ingredients?

formed into patties and fried until golden brown on both sides.  

Anyone got any ideas of what this is?  Or has the the recipe?</content>

      <content>It sounds like a variation on cheese latkes or levivot (an Eastern European / Jewish dish).
