Tips for Dining, Eating, and Food Shopping in Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and Maryland

Delaware Anniversary dinner

Our 4th anniversary is Thursday, and I'd like to try someplace new. We've gone to Domaine Hudson the last 2 years, and it's wonderful, but I'm sure there are other places we can go. I'm looking for something along the same price range, or maybe a little cheaper. The Green Room and Moro are a bit out of our range. :)

We will eat just about anything. A quiet place would be nice, but not a requirement.

I was thinking Toscana, which I've been to before and really enjoyed.

Any place that you can recommend?

    1. You will be happy at Toscana but take a look at the Moro menu you will be surprised you do not have to spend a lot of money and the food is the best we have.

        1. Culinaria in Wilmington, off Marsh road, is a nice place that is worth mentioning. They do a great job with the food and the atmosphere is "hip". They do not take reservations, so, as I remember, you have to get there early or late. The waiting area isn't much if the bar is full. But the food is very well prepared.
