Help converting a recipe to convection oven
I have a pumpkin muffin recipe that I will be baking with my students (preschoolers) this week. The recipe makes mini muffins that cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. At school, I will be using a convection oven, which I have never used before! Do I adjust the temperature? Time? Tips, please!

If it is an slow oven (not new, or regularly maintained, ask the school caf workers) I would lower it to 325 and to check them at 10-15 mins.
Mini muffins should not take 20 mins, esp in a convection oven. If it is a new oven and works well, you can always do them at 300, and start checking at 12-15 mins, unless they look dry already. And use a toothpick to test. Should come out clean.
