Apiary-Any must have dishes?

Going to Apiary tonight for the first time. Really looking forward to it. I've always wanted to try Scott Bryans food. Are there any must have dishes?

I had a solid duck entree last time I was there. It wasn't necessarily the best I've ever had but very good.

        Mushroom soup was phenomenal.

Rabbit Papperdelle I thought was very good.. but I was underwhelmed by it vs. other other posters on this board.. rabbit was much more meaty/tender vs. other presentations I have seen.. but overall the dish failed to "wow" me with big flavor.. but perhaps I was looking for someone else in the dish...

I wish I had tried the chicken... per kiworan's comment on not finding great chicken in restaurants..

+1 on the mushroom soup. It's less of a soup and more of stew. Super chunky and hearty.

Free corkage on Mondays! Were bringing our own bottles.

Definitely the roast chicken. I almost never order chicken in restaurants, but Apiary's version is spectacular. Also really enjoyed the skate.

Ditto to both recs. What a great restaurant with an amazing wine program!! Enjoy.

I was just going to say the same thing about the chicken! I rarely order chicken in restaurants because I make it so often at home, but I thought their version was one of the best I've had in a while. The polenta was great as well.
