This early in the morning, I can't think of any seafood near the airport. All of the restaurants I can think of are chains.
You're best bet is to head downtown.

OGE is right. It's all Outlet Mall and chains near the airport. Go downtown to Jestine's, or into Mt Pleasant to Gullah Cuisine.

My favorite hole in the wall, I'd recommend take out, is Carrigg's Seafood
4143 Rivers Ave., North Charleston. Not too far from the airport, and really cheap. I like their fish, but they also have shrimp etc. The staff chugs beer and smoke cigarettes, but they're so nice, and it's a true experience. I'd not eat there, but it sure beats all the alternatives if you want seafood and don't want to drive too far.
