I can travel to City Hall, but I don't want to spend too much time from the office (otherwise I would go to Royce in the basement of Takashimaya!). I have seen some chocolate shops in Republic Plaza and UOB, but I have no idea if these are "good" or not (don't want to give a mediocre gift).
