I am from Chicago and live in Vegas. I know all the places in Vegas to go for Chicago style food and I don't think there is any on the Strip but there are places off the Strip if you really want it. Philly Steak on the other hand I have no idea if it is available on the Strip but there is a very authentic Philly Steak place here in Vegas. Both are off the strip (Pops is on decatur and CHD is on N Rancho).
