Slow Cooker Duck or Turkey recipes

Has anyone ever made duck or turkey in a slow cooker/crock pot? If so, I'd love any recipes you'd be able to share.

I have not personally done this so it's not tried and true by ME, but there is a funny lady who cooked meals in her crockpot for an entire year and here's her recipe for a whole turkey in the crockpot...mind you, it's a 9.5 pound turkey in a 6.5 qt. crockpot! But here you go...she says it came out fine:
