dimsum for saturday morning in richmond hill

want some recommendation for dimsum tomorrow in richmond hill (but anywhere is fine as we actually live no where near there)

i'd like great food and a busy restaurant ... but of course dont want to pay too much

please help :)

Yang's on Bayview, for sure. Great dim sum in a modern, comfortable atmosphere. Reasonable prices for the high quality.

Also, The Emperor, at corner of Bayview and Blackmoor south of 16th. More variety and equal or better quality than Yang's ( gone downhill a bit recently ). Regal16 is OK too but less fancy.
