Carlisle-Harrisburg area diners (etc.)?

Can anyone recommend good diners or small mom & pop eateries in the area around Carlisle, Gettysburg, Harrisburg, etc.? I won't have time to drive too far afield, but anything within an hour or so of Carlisle would be great. Thanks!

Campbelltown Cafe is about 45 minutes from Carlisle, not far from Hershey. Definitely a mom and pop kind of place. They serve "classic American cuisine with a Southern influence". I had outstanding grits and vegetable omelet for breakfast. Service is friendly. Decor is kitschy.

I am currently in Carlisle (OCT 10), visiting my daughter at Dickinson College.

Alibi's, 10 North Pitt ST, Carlisle.

Very good burgers. Wide selection of beers. Good service. Reasonable prices.
Recommended for lunch or dinner. Close to the Dickinson College campus.

Carlisle Diner, 800 West High ST, Carlisle

Recommended for Breakfast! Excellent omlets and pancakes. Very friendly wait staff. Good Service. Can be busy on Sunday morning after church
Full Breakfast, Coffee, Tax & Tip for ~$6.00!

Middlesex was fair to middling, decent, bright and clean but nothing special in our view. its a big Greek diner without the regional specialties we hope for going through PA.
