Breakfast N. Michigan Ave. area?

We need a breakfast for Thursday or Friday morning in Gold Coast, Streeterville, Michigan Ave. area. Not Original Pancake House - although love the Dutch Baby!

Neat pancakes - french toast - pastries - benedicts something a little different.

The Rush St. outlet of HoS doesn't do breakfast. If you want to go South of the River, Wabash HoS offers one of the more interesting breakfasts in the area.

Most of the Breakfast places around Michigan Avenue are either too expensive or just a hole in the wall.
The Grand Cafe might be open. Give us a review of The Grand Cafe.

The coffee shop at the Ritz Carlton off of Michigan Ave. is great for breakfast....nice variety, great coffee and service...give it a try.
