Business Dinner/Corporate group of 15 near Astor Place

Hosting a business dinner for about 15 work colleagues near Astor Place. Need affordable with nice atmosphere that won't break the bank. (Around $50 per person including tax and tip)
Private room not necessary. Good service a must!
Was thinking of Otto but would love any other suggestions. Italian or American cuisine.

    Mary O's on Avenue A between 2nd and 3rd Streets is a great find!
