Any preview on Edition Koji Shimomura, Tomura, Okahan, Torizenseo

On my upcoming trip to Tokyo, I will visit for the first time following restaurants. I don't think they have ever been reviewed on Chowhound before. Wonder if anyone can provide a preview of the place if they had been there before.

French: Edition Koji Shimomura at Roppongi;
Kyoto style cuisine: Tomura at Toranomon;
Sukiyaki: Okahan at Ginza;
Yakitori: Torizenseo at Azabujuban.

    I loved Edition Koji Shimomura - excellent service as well as first-rate cooking in an elegant but understated dining room. The chef seems very nice as well. Here are some food pix: http://r.tabelog.com/tokyo/A1307/A130...

    I've never heard of the other restaurants.

        You're welcome - I hope it lives up to my build-up - let us know. What set them apart for me was the service - once I asked the waiter a question about the food, he was enthusiastic about explaining the ingredients and cooking methods, without going overboard. (This was all in Japanese, but I'm guessing they can handle English also.)

        Thanks for the other links too.
